Who you are agreeing with

Dossier is operated by Devvion, Inc., a Delaware corporation. Using Dossier means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.

Devvion, Inc. is also the merchant on your payment receipt, so the name on your card statement is the same company named here.

What Dossier is

Dossier reviews trading you have already done. It reconstructs the chart around each closed trade, grades it, tags the mistakes it recognises, and writes a post-mortem.

That is the whole product. It is a record and a review, not a tool for deciding what to do next.

What Dossier is not

Nothing in the product is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing in it is a buy or sell signal, and no part of it tells you what to trade.

Grades, tags and written analysis are opinions generated from your own past activity. They can be wrong. Trading is risky and losses are yours alone.

Your account and your wallets

You must be at least 18 and old enough to enter a contract where you live. Dossier is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data. One person, one account; do not share credentials.

Connecting a wallet requires one free, off-chain signature that proves you control it. We get read access to public ledger data and nothing else: never custody, never the ability to move funds, never token spend approval.

Only connect wallets you actually control. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Paid plans, billing and cancellation

Paid plans bill monthly in advance through Stripe. Your analysis quota resets on your billing date, not on the first of the month.

Cancel whenever you like. Cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep the plan until the period you already paid for runs out. We do not pro-rate part-months.

Paid plans carry a 3-day money-back guarantee from first purchase. Ask within those three days and you get a full refund, no argument.

If prices change, existing subscribers get notice before it affects them.

Fair use

Do not scrape the product, resell access, try to break into other people’s journals, or attack the infrastructure. Do not use it to do anything illegal where you are.

Automated access outside the product’s own features is not permitted without written agreement.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up, but it is provided as-is. Upstream data sources, blockchain nodes and third-party services can fail, and analysis can be delayed or unavailable.

We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you are paying for, you get a proportional refund of the unused period.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, or decisions you made after reading anything the product produced.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you paid Devvion, Inc. in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your content and your data

Your trading data stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the product for you: storing it, analysing it, and showing it back to you.

How that data is handled is set out in the privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Ending it

You can stop and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

On closure, your journal is deleted as described in the privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the product after that means the new version applies. If you object, stop using it and cancel.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
